Leo Ahsoka blew up the balloon and began bouncing it back and forth between her hands as she wrote in her notebook. She found that the rhythmic motion of the balloon helped her stay focused and engaged with her work. She also enjoyed the sensation of the balloon’s soft rubber against her fingertips.
